Hi All

Hope everyone is doing well. I wanted to share a thought or hypothesis with everyone and hear some thoughts about the subject. I have been thinking lately about the differences between our LGA and HGA. Particularly, what we can ask or expect from them. My opinion is as follow;

Our HGA is in charge of strategy so to speak, big picture stuff. He/she/it is there to guide us in terms if direction. Time is not linear to the HGA and therefore the feedback from our HGA could be more cryptic.
Our LGA is in charge of execution. He/she/it is responsible for assisting us with more mundane tasks and helping to execute the higher level strategy or guidance provided by our HGA. In essence our LGA appeases to our lower our lower natures.

Would I be correct in saying that to our HGA questions such as "Who am I", "Guide me in Spiritual Wisdom", "Show me what I don't yet understand" etc and to our LGA its more like "Can you help me to complete a piece of work", " Could you help me to find a new job" etc.

I'd love to hear your thoughts about the differences and interactions in this triad "Ourselves, LGA and HGA".

Hi Luan,

I assume you are familiar with the explanations and meditation of the Inner Temple. If not, you can find some hints there. Or maybe you would like to read it once again?

Question for you: which questions of the ones you mentioned would you ask yourself i.e. your conscious self? And which tasks of the ones you mentioned would be the tasks of you i.e. your conscious self?

Thank you for the reply and I will be a 100% honest, I revised the inner temple meditation piece again and you are a 100% correct, there are some useful hints. I had independently started thinking about this topic again without actually go back and re-reading the inner temple meditation piece again. Makes me realise again how self-contained this course is, which is really great!

I was interested in exploring the interaction between HGA and LGA a little more and perhaps also its correspondence to the broader cosmos and how this is a reflection of the wider cosmos. We are 3, but also one, 3 in 1 and 1 in 3. Anyway, I'm babbling.

I would ask my HGA the question I asked here on the forum such as "what can I ask my HGA versus LGA". I would ask for assistance in my daily life from my LGA. Examples would be to assistance with anxiety for example, or to be confident in a work situation or something of that nature. I would in turn ask my HGA for wisdom, for guidance to grow Spiritually.

Hope I'm making some sense and thanks for reminding me of the meditation of the inner temple again. Point take, go through the text here before posting questions :)
