I believe you should start with Rules, Policies and General Information. You will find the information there with regard to the free online course, if that's what you enrolled in.

I am aware my answer comes quite late, however I thought it a good idea to answer neverheless in order to try and clarify things. You wrote,

yes, I see what you mean, and it can be explained quite easily, because virtually everyone who had asked, said "hello" in the course approx. ten minutes later, so they obviously had found the enrolement key on their own and did not need any answers anymore..
