Tragic Death of Brian O'Neill
We are very sad to report the tragic death of Brian O'Neill. For many years he has been a great friend and companion on the spiritual path. He was one of the senior members of the SOL and a member of the SOL ARC Council. Many members of the BOEL will remember Brian when he came to Germany last summer, to participate and witness the officially recognition of our school as a Daughter School of the SOL.
Brian died on Monday 20th December of bacterial pneumonia. Only last month, I (Salomo) have meet him and he was fit and well and a major part of the annual Gathering of the SOL and Daughter Schools. We chatted and laughed together and regretted that we did not have more time to spend with each other. We miss him greatly - the SOL will not be the same without him.
May his soul travel swiftly to his rightful place amongst the righteous!
Our thoughts, our condolences and our sympathy in her loss are also with his lovely wife, Liz, who is also very ill and was nursing Brian up until the time of his death.
